An app won't start or keeps crashing — what can I do?

First, restart your device and try opening the app again. Make sure the app is up to date via the App Store or Google Play. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please note that locally stored data (e.g. game progress) may be lost when doing so.

Is an internet connection required?

It depends on the app. Our offline apps work completely without an internet connection. Only loading advertisements occasionally requires a network connection; if no connection is available, ads simply won't be shown.

Where is my data and progress stored?

App data (e.g. game progress, settings) is stored exclusively on your device. There is no cloud synchronisation. If you uninstall an app or switch devices, locally stored data may be lost.

How can I disable ads or opt out of personalised advertising?

On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to control whether advertising can be personalised. On Android, you'll find this option under Settings > Google > Ads. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
